Sharpener unveils for career crisis management
Sharpener, a management consultancy firm, has recently sailed its journey with an aim to make the job seekers and unemployed people to resources before they get into the job field.
As they observed that the employers often don't get their desirable candidates while job seekers don't get the job they deserve, they came forward to quell the problem.
They believe that this problem has gone to such extent that frustration started to grip the whole nation, resulting the quality people to migrate into the foreign country. There are few who leave country to abroad for employment but the rate is insignificant. However with job seekers and employers both finding it tough to get desired job or quality people, expat employees are increasing alarmingly as the top and mid-level jobs are being snatched by them.
Considering, there is the wake up call to get prepared for future otherwise we will lag behind and frustration will engulf us, the task given by Sharpener will help all to be alert and add value everyday so that all can have a brilliant career.
Sharpener however has been unveiled on September 27 at the Wings Center in Dhanmondi.
The Founder and CEO of Sharpener, Nazar-E-Zilani, also a renowned management consultant inaugurated the management firm through a speech on 'Career Crisis and Advancement'. In his speech he described the experience of his long professional life and accepted a question-answer session from young professionals, through which he answered on different questions.
The main objective of Sharpener, however, is to help the job seekers to take the advantage through 'Human Capital Building' and 'Demographic Dividend.' At the moment there are 27 lakh unemployed people in the country while 22 lakh is added every year. 16,333 new competitors rise every day, after one year in the job market.
It's a huge drawback, according to Sharpener, as they aim to uproot the problems. The long realistic experience in the field of sales, marketing and management operations is the main source of confidence of Sharpener, which can't be copied from Google and YouTube.
They however believe that Sharpener will make contribution in Human Capital Building through soft skill training and through demographic dividend they will take opportunity to utilize the rare chances to grab the perfect job.
All of the soft skill of Sharpener was made based on holistic approach which will help the participants to get rid of their frustration of their personal, family and social life.
