Police arrested music director Shawkat Ali Emon from his residence at Bailey Road in the capital on early Thursday in connection with a case filed under ICT Act.
Emon's wife Jinat Kabir Tithi filed the case against her husband with Ramna thana on August 18 accusing her husband of posting nude pictures and video footages of young girls on website and Facebook after snapping and recording those secretly.
A team of Ramna police station went to his house at about 1am and arrested Imon, said a police source in Ramna police station.
