
He viewed that close coordination between the bar and benches are very important for lessening pressure of the pending cases. "We will sure attain the cherished goal amidst collective efforts," he hoped.
The Chief Justice made this observation while visiting the judicial activities of Rajshahi Judges Courts on Wednesday. On the occasion, he launched digitalized method in overall activities of judiciary.
As part of his visit he also shared views with the lawyers at Bar Bhaban stressing the need for playing more responsive and proper role for reducing the pressure of pending cases alongside ensuring legal justice.
He identically said the judges, lawyers, law-enforcing agencies and others involved in the judiciary are the key-players for quick disposal of the pending cases that could be the effective means of cutting the sufferings of the litigants coming from various far-flung areas.
Taking part in the discussion, some senior lawyers discussed ways and means on how to bring dynamism in the judicial process and sought all-out cooperation of the agencies concerned.
They also detected the obstacles towards ensuring legal justice and dynamic judicial process and expressed their firm determination to overcome the barriers.
The discussants also put emphasis on a collective effort for establishing peaceful atmosphere in the greater interest of freeing the litigants from all sorts of harassments and irregularities and other monetary losses.
Senior District and Session Judge Hossain Shahid Ahmed, Bar President Mozammel Haque and General Secretary Jamshed Ali also spoke on the occasion.
