Truck driver shot dead in capital Observer Online Report Publish Date : 2014-11-10, Publish Time : 09:22, View Count : 25 |
A truck driver was shot dead by a gang of miscreants in capital's Rampura area early Monday.
The dead was identified as Faruque Khan, 28.
Quoting locals Rampura Thana operation officer Mostafizur Rahman said, hearing gun shots locals informed the police.
Receiving information, police rushed in and recovered the body of Faruque.
The body was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
Police recovered a license, national identity card and cash Tk 13,280 from the victim's possession.
