In the morning, leaders of Dhaka City Awami League (AL) placed wreaths at the grave of Mohammad Hanif at Azimpur graveyard paying deep homage to the late leader of the party.
Acting president of Dhaka City Awami League MA Aziz, joint secretary and Food Minister Advocate Quamrul Islam, organising secretary Shahe Alam Murad and Mohammad Hanif's son Sayeed Khokon were present, among others.
In observance of the day, Dhaka City AL organised a milad and doa mahfil at its office at Bangabandhu Avenue in the afternoon praying for eternal peace of the departed soul of late Hanif.    ?BSS
