Mentioning that the country's independence was not achieved only by holding discussions, the AL leader said it had to be earned through a bloody war. "There’re few nations in the world who achieved the independence through waging wars."
He also alleged that the defeated forces of the Liberation War are hatching conspiracies against the country.
Syed Ashraf also underscored the need for presenting the true history of the Liberation War before the new generation so that they can cherish its spirit.
