Magura: Three people were killed and 10 others were injured as truck hit a bus at Kalinagar area in Sadar upazila on Monday morning.

Among three, two of the deceased were identified as Nazrul Islam, 35, of Jhenidah and Zillur Rahman, 38, of Manikganj.

The injured were admitted to Mahura Sadar upazila.

Sub-Inspector of Magura Highway Police Waziur Rahman said, a truck hit a Benapole-bound S Alam Paribahan bus in the area around 9am and the bus overturned, leaving three dead on the spot and 10 injured.
