The hartal-blockade violence killed 90 persons, more than 2,000 were injured and above 1500 buses and other vehicles torched or vandalized since January 6.
In Dhaka, the mass procession will start from party's central office at Bangabandhu Avenue at 4:00pm and it will end at Shikha Chirantan in Suhrawardy Uddyan, said Health Minister Mohammad Nasim, also the spokesperson of the alliance.
Nasim came up with the announcement at a briefing after holding a meeting with the party leaders at party chief Sheikh Hasina's Dhanmondi office in the capital.
Nasim, also the AL Presidium Member, claimed the situation was "normal" in Bangladesh.
"The BNP is unleashing terrorism in the name of movement. These are acts of sabotage and militancy. Nobody compromised with them (militants and terrorists), Health Minister said.
"If anyone did, then George W Bush would have held talks with al-Qaeda chief Osama Bin Laden and the US with IS," he asked.
Commerce Minister Tofail Ahmed has brushed aside different quarters' suggestions for holding a dialogue with opposition BNP when chaired the meeting.
He also urged to the AL leaders, Ministers not to give contradictory speech about the dialogue as the Prime Minister herself cleared her stance against the so called dialogue with terrorists, meeting sources said.
Tofail said the United Nation expressed its concern about the ongoing terror acts of the BNP-Jamaat, not about the AL-led government.
Further the Commerce Minister reaffirmed, "Acts of BNP-Jamaat are nothing but terrorism, no dialogue with the terrorists."
Tofail alleged the agitation programme, led by BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, was an "international conspiracy" and "Pakistan is directly involved with it," he said.
Meanwhile, the 14-party alliance is scheduled to hold a rally at Kantakhali area in Rajshahi city on February 23 protesting the recent atrocities carried out by BNP-Jamaat and its allies.
Besides, the party will hold separate meeting with the organisations of different professionals and like-minded organisations to successfully observe the upcoming programmes of the 14-party.
Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu was also present.
