Four killed in Ashulia road accidents

Four people, including three cattle traders, were killed in separate road accidents in Ashulia of Savar on the outskirts of the capital on Wednesday morning.

In the first accident, three cattle traders were killed and a driver was injured when a cattle-laden pick-up van and a truck collided head on at Tongabari on the Baipile-Abdullapur road at about 5am.

Two of the dead were identified as Shafiqul Isalm and Abbas from Sadar upazila of Jamalpur district. 

The injured was identified as truck driver Lutfor.

In another mishap,  a bicycle rider was run over by a truck in Unique area on the Baipile-Abdullahpur road in the morning.
Identity of the deceased could not be known yet.
