
m 1/2 cups sweet condensed milk
m 1 cup milk
m 1 cup fresh cream
m 1 tsp vanilla essence
m 1 egg
Preparation:
1. Beat the cream with an electric beater in a deep bowl till light and fluffy.
2. Mix Condensed Milk, milk, egg and vanilla essence. Fold in the beaten cream.
3. Pour the mixture into an ice-cream box and cover with aluminum foil and keep it freeze.
4. After 1 hour take the box from freeze and move it with a spoon.
5. Again keep it in freeze. After 3 hours serve it with almond and honey.
