Minhaz Kamal Khan, sponsor of NCC Bank Limited, will sell 1,00,000 shares out of his total holding of 9,06,640 shares of the bank at prevailing market price (In the Block Market) through stock exchange within next 30 working days.
Meanwhile, Khondkar Zakaria Mahmud, sponsor of NCC Bank, will buy 1,50,000 shares of the same bank at prevailing market price through stock exchange within next 30 working days.
