Former chairman of Power Development Board (PDB) Mohammad Khizir Khan has been found slaughtered at his Badda residence for yet unclear reasons, police say.

The incident took place at around 7:30pm on Monday, and Victims throat was found slit when law enforcers recovered his body from the house, Abdul Jalil, officer-in-charge (OC) of Badda Police Station, told Observer.
