The British Council Bangladesh, international organisation for cultural and educational affairs of United Kingdom, is celebrating the Customer Service Week (CSW) from October 5 to 9 aimed at interaction of common people with English-based opportunities.
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) President Nazmul Hassan Papon inaugurated the five-day event as Chief Guest on Monday at the Council's Dhaka office at Fuller Road. British Council Bangladesh Director Barbara Wickham, Examinations Director Deep Adhikari and Head of Customer Services Zunayed Ahmed spoke among others at the inaugural session. The CSW is being celebrated this year with the theme 'Attracting, winning and retaining customers.'
The core goals for CSW include motivating and rewarding customer service personnel, recognizing their contributions, raising awareness about importance of customer service among staff, and reminding the customers of British Council's commitment towards customer satisfaction.
The British Council will also conduct an online chat session for distant customers and it can be availed through October 5 to October 8 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
