Nestlé Bangladesh Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Nutrition and Food Science (INFS), University of Dhaka for conducting 'Nestlé Healthy Kids programme'.
Nestlé Bangladesh Limited Managing Director Stéphane Nordé and Professor Dr. Md. Nazrul Islam Khan of the INFS signed the MoU on behalf of their respective authorities on Sunday at the Institute premises, said a press release.
Nestle BD Corporate Affairs Director Naquib Khan and Nestle BD Corporate Affairs Senior Manager Mirza Golam Hossain were also present during the signing ceremony.
The training module for this programme is jointly prepared by Nestlé BD and the INFS will cover 3,000 students at 22 schools in Gazipur in 2016.
Under its Creating Shared Value (CSV) projects, Nestlé BD has been highly active in sharing nutritional knowledge with health professionals and the general people in Bangladesh through nutrition experts.
