He will advise on different psychological and career-related problems. You can send your questions and writes-up through our email [email protected] or facebook page Eduvista.
Problem
I am studying A Level at a renowned English medium school. I don't talk to girls since my childhood, though I don't know what it is-it is my pride or shyness. Actually my behavior does not go with the culture of my institution I am studying in. My friends tell me that I cannot talk to girls because of my excess coyness. But I can understand the physical changes a man goes through with increasing his age, in my 18th year of age. My friends often talk about their girlfriends, but I feel awkward in that time. I am always engrossed in different fantasies especially girls. So that even I cannot sleep a sound sleep and it is disrupting my study.

Advice
Seems you didn't come quite close to any girl during the process of your socialization. There is nothing of pride in not talking to girls. Women have similar stake as men have in the development of civilization. Human society can't progress without women's contribution. At your age it is quite okay to have fascination to opposite sex. However, most often we don't get proper knowledge of these attractions from authentic and safe sources. That's why we may develop misconceptions regarding these important issues in our life. To overcome these issues try to accept girls as your friends rather than a girl. Respect them as your friends. Additionally, gather scientific knowledge regarding the biological issues that is occurring in our life. I know it's not as easier for you as I am writing it. But, you have to start trying. For additional assistance please communicate with a professional if needed. Best wishes dear!

Problem
After SSC exams, I could not sleep because of tension. I thought it was natural and I would be able to get sound sleep when result would be published, but nothing happened like that.
I took a lot of sleeping pills, underwent Homeopathic treatment, but there was no effective result.
I can barely sleep 3-4 hours that's why I always feel tensed. A homeopathic doctor told me that 'my brain might stop working'.
I am a student of Honor's 3rd year. My brain cannot retain its memory for long time. I had a lot of acne, a year earlier.

Advice
Acne is a common physiological problem of sleep deprivation. An adult normally needs an 8 hours of sleep a day. Sleep deprivation may result in several behavioral, physical, and cognitive problems. Loss of memory and attention are most common bad effects of sleep loss. Sometimes this type of insomnia may result from drug dependency. You know drug changes our internal body balance. That's why once you start taking drugs for sleeping the same doses will not suffice after a few days. As a result you have to raise the level of doses. And ultimately after a certain period the drug doesn't work properly. That's why we shouldn't take any kind of sleeping pills without physicians' advice. Currently whatever is happening with you is clearly a result of sleep loss. The reason behind it you mentioned is tension. However, I presumethere is something laid in your unconscious which is unresolved. I suggest you to take professional help to open you up. For the time being you may take few free hand exercise that keep you physically taxed. By the way, ignore your homeopathic doctor who injected a negative injunction in you.
