WU remittance service at DBBL ATM

Dutch Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) on Wednesday launched ABMT Service of Western Union (WU) for the first time in Bangladesh.
WU Senior Business Development Manager (Middle East and Africa) Faisal Alhijawi and Senior Country Manager (Bangladesh) Naved Ashraf, and DBBL Deputy Managing Director Abul Kashem Md Shirin attended the launching ceremony along with other high officials of both the organisations.
ABMT, which stands for account-based money transfer, allows the beneficiaries to get the Western Union remittance from DBBL ATMs.
Bangladeshi wage earners can send money from WU agent locations from over 200 countries worldwide and the beneficiaries in Bangladesh can receive the funds from now by using DBBL debit card at any ATM of the bank instantly and securely.
