Bishwo Shahitto Kendro opens book reading programme

Bishwo Shahitto Kendro in association with bKash Ltd, a leading mobile financial service provider in the country has widened the reach of 'Nationwide Enrichment (Book Reading) Program' in Cox's Bazar district through associating seven new education institutions of Cox's Bazar into the programme.
Md. Ali Hossain, Deputy Commissioner of Cox's Bazar district handed over the books to the principals of the seven education institutions at a programme held at the auditorium of Cox's Bazar cultural centre recently. These educational institutions are - Cox's Bazar City College, Bangbondhu Mohila College, Islamia Balika Kamil Madrasa, Almachia Fazil Madrasha, Churtia Senior Alim Madrasha, Moheshkhali Degree College and Ramu Degree College.
Sharif Mohammad Masud, Director of Bishwo Shahitto Kendro and Saber Sharif, Head of Corporate Affairs of bKash were present at the programme.
bKash has committed to providing around 35,000 books to Bishwo Shahitto Kendro in 2016 to facilitate the 'Nationwide Enrichment (Book Reading) Program' for students.
