Schoolboy?s body found in Bagerhat

BAGERHAT, Mar 12: Police recovered body of a schoolboy from a garden at Madartala village under Kulia union in Mollahat upazila here on Saturday noon.
He was identified as Akibur Sheikh, 8, a student of Class II at Madartala Government Primary School and son of Selim Sheikh of the
village.
Quoting family members, Sub-Inspector (SI) Tuhin Mondal of Mollahat Police Station said, Akibur's mother Murshida Begum went out of home along with her elder son to phone her husband. After talking with her husband, Murshida Begum returned home and found Akibur nowhere.
Later, along with the neighbours, she searched for her son and found him lying on the garden of one Sunil Kha, around 500 gauges from their home.
Akibur was rushed to Mollahat Upazila Health Complex where on duty doctor declared him dead.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to Bagerhat Sadar Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
There is no injury mark on the body, but after getting the autopsy report, the cause of the death would be clear, police said.
