Utpal Sharbaggo is one of those names which is ever getting brighter in the present media and entertainment industry of the country. But he aspires to become a successful director as well and practical realisation of this zeal is evident in a number of shows directed by him. Utpal is also a script writer and creative director. This prodigious youth from Nilphamari has telefilms like Kokhono Shomoy Ashe, Jibon Muchki Hashe, Gold Cup, Meghfuler Golpo, Nilphamari Theatre and more to his credit as a director. He has directed two awareness raising TV spots and scores of TV adaptations. He works regularly as creative director for many productions.
  He has shared on-field experiences with TV drama directors like Ali Fida Akram, Shakal Ahmed, Shahnewaz Kakoli, Sushmoy Sumon, Shuvra Khan and more. Rodela Diner Chhaya, Rongin Sharee, Radio, Terminal, Oghoton Ghoton Patiyoshi, Rowshni, Postmortem are some of the popular dramas in which he has acted. He started his career in theater and journalism. Presently he is engaged in an online journal. Utpal Sharbaggo is also the member of Dhaka Reporters' Unity and Bangladesh Federal Journalists' Union. Utpal is all up for women's empowerment as he is an ardent supporter of his wife, Pinky who inspires him in his diverse adventures. In the future he hopes to work for the elderlies and children as well. It may be added that Sharbaggo is not his assumed surname but rather his family's title.
