Water is most important to our health. Now- a- days it is too hot during day time and often we forgot to drink water as much as we need. Keeping hydrated is crucial for health and well- being but when many people do not consume enough fluids each day they become sick from various diseases. Like other elements water is also essential to stay healthy and safe. Adult humans are 60 per cent water, and Water is essential for the kidneys and other bodily functions. When dehydrated, the skin can become more vulnerable to skin disorders and wrinkling. Drinking water instead of soda can help with weight loss. To function properly, all the cells and organs of the body need water. Dehydration happens if we use and lose more water than the body takes in. It can lead to an imbalance on the body's electrolytes. Electrolytes, such as potassium, phosphate, and sodium, help carry electrical signals between cells. The kidneys keep the levels of electrolytes in the body stable when they function properly. Cartilage, found in joints and the disks of the spine, contains around 80 percent water. Long term dehydration can refuse the joints, shocks absorbing ability, leafing to joint pain; saliva helps us digest our food and keeps the mouth, nose and eyes moist. They prevent frictions and damage.

Drinking water also keeps the mouth clean. Blood is more than 90 percent water, and blood carries oxygen to different part of the body. It is also involved in the production of hormones and neurotransmitters. The bowel needs water to work properly. Dehydration can lead to digestive problems, constipation and an overly acidic stomach.This increases the risk of heartburn and stomach ulcers. Water is needed in the processes of sweating and removal of urine and feces. It helps to maintain blood pressure. The kidneys regulate fluid in the body. Insufficient water can lead to kidney stones and other problems. Water may also help with weight loss. Preloading with water before meals can help prevent overeating by creating a sense of fullness. Milk and juices are also good sources of water. For men around 3.7 liters and for women 2.7 liters are recommended per day. Times when it is most important to drink plenty of water include, when u have a fever, when you have diarrhea and vomiting, when the weather  is hot, when you sweat a lot, for example, due to physical activity.  We often hear that we should drink eight glasses of water a day. However, there is some controversy about thus figure and heat it really means. Water is an essential nutrient. It is necessary to sustain all form of life, and human can only live a few days without it. It is also a healthful drink. The amount of water we need depends on individual needs and circumstances, including activists and climate. The healthy body naturally maintains a well- tuned balance of fluid, and the thirst mechanism tells us when we need more.
