RU admission test: Weekly holiday of Rajshahi-bound trains cancelled
Bangladesh Railway has cancelled the weekly holiday of all Rajshahi-bound trains due to huge pressure of admission seekers as the entry test of Rajshahi University will start from tomorrow (July 25).
Ashim Kumar Talukder, secretary general of Western Railway, disclosed this to media on Saturday afternoon.
The decision to add additional coach in 11 trains on Rajshahi route has also been taken which will ease the sufferings of the students and the guardians.
The admission tests of the Rajshahi University (RU) will start from July 25 and will go on till July 27.
A shovon chair coach will be included in Padma, Silkcity, Dhuketu Express trains, Ashim Kumar said.
