Police arrested an alleged drug peddler in a drive along with 150 Yaba pills at Shimul Bazar under Bhanga upazila in Faridpur district on Friday night.
The arrested was identified as Korom Ali, 52, a resident of Maddha Patrail village under Azimnagar union of the upazila.
Bhanga Police Station officer-in-charge Ziarul Islam said acting on a tip-off, a team of police conducted a raid on Shimulbazar area and arrested the accused along with the drugs.
A case was filed with Bhanga Police Station against him under Narcotics Control Act, the OC added.
