Autorickshaw driver's body recovered in Joypurhat

Police recovered the body of an autorickshaw driver from a field at Sadar upazila in Joypurhat district on Wednesday morning.

The deceased was identified as Budla Oraw, son of Arjan Oraw, a resident of Chakgopal area under the municipality.
According to the deceased's family members, the victim went of his house on Tuesday afternoon with his battery-run autorickshaw and didn't returned home. They searched for him but could not locate him.

On Wednesday morning, locals saw the body was fallen down in the field and informed police.

Being informed, police recovered the body and sent to Joypurhat Adhunik Hospital morgue for autopsy, said Humayun Kabir, officer-in-charge of Joypurhat Sadar Police Station.

"There were several injury marks in the body and investigations are on to arrest the involved," the OC added.
