Bangladesh have been elevated to the second position on the point table of the ICC Test Championship playing just one Test match.

The Tigers managed to seal a 150-run victory over New Zealand in their first game of the championship during a two-match Test series between them.
After that win, Bangladesh are now occupying the second spot on the point table by overtaking England, Australia and India.

Pakistan remain in the top position with two victories from two games while India, Australia, West Indies and England are staying in third, fourth, fifth and sixth positions respectively.

On the other hand, Sri Lanka, New Zealand and South Africa are jointly staying at number seven as they have not got any point yet, with South Africa not playing any match yet.
