‘Technical glitch’ halts metro rail service

The operation of metro rail service from Uttara North to Motijheel was halted due to ‘technical glitch’ on Sunday afternoon.

Tarafder Mahmudur Rahman, deputy project director (public relations) of MRT Line-6 acknowledged the suspension of services but could give further details.

Meanwhile, the metro rail service at Kazipara Station closed around 2:50pm.
