Man's body recovered in Pallabi pond

Police has recovered the body of a man in a pond in Pallabi area of the capital on Sunday night.

The deceased was Pavel Khan, 25, a bus helper from Badda area.

Apurba Hasan, officer-in-charge of Pallabi Police Station, said the body bore stab marks on his body. 
They suspected that the man might have been killed by some miscreants and later dumped in the waterbody. 

The body was sent to the Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital, police said.
