Dhaka and Washington Monday engaged in a comprehensive discussion on various aspects of Bangladesh-US Trade Relations.

The discussion was held as Foreign Secretary Masud Bin Momen met with US Assistant US Trade Representative for South and Central Asia Brendan Lynch this afternoon at the State Guest House Padma in the capital, said a press release, BSS reports.

They called for strengthening economic ties between the two countries and exploring avenues for enhanced collaboration in trade and investment.

Both the sides expressed their commitment towards fostering a conducive environment for bilateral trade, addressing the trade barriers, and promoting mutual economic growth.
