SSC examinee dies of 'heat stroke' in Noakhali

An SSC examinee died reportedly of heat stroke at Begumganj upazila in Noakhali district early Thursday.

The deceased Ritu Sultana, 15, was daughter of Md Ismail, a resident of Sadari village under ward no-8 in Chayani union of the upazila. She attended on the last Secondary School Certificate examination from Chayani High School.
According to the deceased family members, Ritu fell sick around 2.30am on Thursday while sleeping amid heatwave in the area. 

She was taken to a village doctor who declared her dead on arrival.

The village doctor assumed that Ritu might have died of heat stroke.

Monir Hossain, a teacher of the high school, confirmed the death matter.
