Twelve people including Jatrabari Police Station OC Forman Ali were sued with Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judges Court for allegedly killed a man by torture for money while he was in their custody.
On Wednesday, the victim Md Ranas wife Sonia Begum filed the case with court of Judge Mohammad Ash-Shams Joglul Hossain of Dhaka Metropolitan Senior Special Judges Court.
After recording the statement of the complainant the court fixed Sunday to pass the order in the complaint, said Additional Publiblic Prosecutor Taposh Kumar Paul.
The complainant have made accused in the case are DMCH doctor Farhana Yasmin, Subash Kumar Ghosh, Senior Jail Super of DhakaCcentral Jail, Md Mahbub, Deputy Jailor, Sub Inspector Chanchal Kumar Biswas, Sub Inspector Mijanur Rahman, Assistant Sub Inspector Delwar Hossain, Constable Habibur Rahman, Constable Jonab Ali, Constable Mobarak, Police Souce Sabuj and Shah Alam.
