Agricultural equipment distributed among farmers in Mymensingh

Agricultural equipment were distributed among farmers in Mymensingh's Bhaluka upazila by providing development assistance (subsidy) under "Agriculture Mechanization Project through Integrated Management" during the financial year 2023-2024.

On Monday morning, two combine harvester machines, rice transplanter, reaper, maize sheller and power sprayer were distributed among the farmers in the upazila parishad area organized by upazila agriculture officer's office and with the support of the upazila administration.
At that time, Upazila Nirbai Officer Alinur Khan, Agriculture Officer Nusrat Zaman, Project Implementation Officer Naima Tabassum Shah, local MP APS Riyad Rahat were present, among others.

Upazila Nirbahi Officer Alinur Khan said modern machinery is needed in agricultural work. Farmers will benefit from these machines.
