Sour Mango pickle

Sour Mango pickle

Ingredients:
v    Raw mangoes 8-10  
v    Crushed garlic 2 tbsps
v    Turmeric powder 1 tsp
v    Chili powder 1 tsp
v    Mustard paste 1 tbsp
v    Whole wheat flour 2 tsps
v    Panch phoron powder 2 tsps
v    Salt to taste  
v    Mustard oil half a liter
Method:
1.    First, wash the mangoes, wipe them with a cloth and cut them into 4 pieces.
2.    Rub the yellow chili powder, salt and mustard together with the mangoes.
3.    Then dry them in the sun for 3/4 hours.
4.    Heat the oil in a pan and mix it with the crushed garlic and the mango pieces.
5.    Heat the stove. After that, put it in Panch phoron powder.
6.     Cool it and put it in a bowl and put it in the sun for 3-4 days.
7.    It can be stored in this way throughout the year.
8.    Never use anything with water in the pickle.
9.    Mango oil sour pickle is ready.
