IFAD Autos PLC has teamed up with the Aspire Leaders Programme in Bangladesh to help youths unlock their full potential and join a global community of changemakers.

The online and free leadership development opportunity is for low-income, first-generation college students and recent graduates, according to a press release.

The programme provides access to professional development workshops, interactive learning with Harvard and other world-class faculty, and ongoing alumni opportunities like social impact grants and mentorship.

It also provides the participants with opportunities for personal and professional development through interactive masterclasses led by world-class professors, discussions with a global network of peers, and access to mentors.

After completion in 14 weeks, the Aspire Institute will provide certificate and seed funds focusing on cultivating essential leadership qualities such as critical thinking, strategic communication, empathy, and problem-solving.

IFAD Autos is an automobile organisation and publicly listed company based in Bangladesh. It offers a wide range of vehicles.

The IFAD campaign in partnership with Aspire is extended across 40 educational institutions in Bangladesh and through promotion on social media.

It includes setting up display booths, distributing leaflets, assisting with registration, and conducting briefing sessions about the programme.

The initiative aims to promote and facilitate participation among students in the Aspire Leaders Programme and to enable them to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.

The application deadline for the 2024 Aspire Leaders Programme is Jul 3. To apply, willing students and recent graduates will need to visit the Aspire website at www.aspireleaders.org.    —bdnews24.com
