Metro Rail services halted for 2 hrs due to power service problem

Metro Rail services resumed after around two hours' of disruption due to problem in power service.

Mass Transit Company Ltd (DMTCL) company secretary Mohammad Abdur Rauf said that technical problem was found in the electric power supply of the Metro Rail at about 7am. For this, the service was suspended for two hours.

From 9:50am, the train movement became normal.
Commuters, specially office goers, suffered immense suffering due to the suspension.
