Meat found at septic tank of Sanjeeva Gardens are human: Forensic

Pieces of meat, which have been recovered from the septic tank of the flat at Sanjeeva Gardens in New Town of Kolkata, are human flesh.

Experts of the forensic department in Kolkata confirmed this on Monday (June 10) after innitial test.

After the DNA test, it will be known whether the meat belongs to Jhenidah-4 MP Anwarul Azim Anar or not.
Meanwhile, West Bengal's Criminal Investigation Department (CID) recovered some bones from Bagjola canal near Krishwnamati Bridge area under south 24 Parganas district of West Bengal on Sunday while they were conducting a search operation with accused Siam, an assistant of mastermind Aktaruzzaman Shahin.

Those bones were also sent to the forensic.

The DNA test will also be conduct to determine whether the recovered meat and bones belong to MP Anar. And for this, the process of sending news to Anar's family members has started.

During questioning, Siam said that he worked under Shahin with a salary of Tk 60,000. As per Shahin's direction, he brought Jihad to Kolkata from Mumbai.

The meat pieces were flushed through Jihad Howladar's washroom commode. The meats were cut into very small pieces. Those meats became whitish remaining in water for days.
