NATORE, June 22: Seven people were injured early on Saturday in a violent clash over "establishing supremacy" at the Natore Bus Terminal, causing a four-hour suspension of bus services.

Ehia Chowdhury, General Secretary of the Natore Bus Owners Association, reported that an altercation erupted around 11 pm between the owner of the Dhaka-bound bus Rajokio Paribahan and other bus owners over maintaining bus departure order.

The dispute escalated when a group led by Khoka, manager of Rajokio Paribahan, stormed the terminal. They opened fire, injuring a worker named Subel, 26, with bullets, said Ehia.    —UNB
