Mother falls from son’s motorcycle, dies in Chapainawabganj

A woman has died after falling off the back of her sons motorcycle in Chapainawabganjs Sadar Upazila.

The accident occurred in the Narendrapur area of the Sadar Upazila around 10am on Friday, according to Md Mehedi Hasan, chief of the Sadar Police Station.

The victim was identified as Golapi Begum, 35, a wife and mother to two.

Masud Rana, her older son, said that he was on the way to the town with his mother when she accidentally fell onto the road and was seriously injured.

With the help of locals, he rushed her to the Sadar Hospital, where the doctor on duty declared her dead.
