'Broadband internet to be resumed at home from tonight'

Household broadband internet services will be resumed tonight on an experimental basis, said State Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and ICT Zunaid Ahmad Palak on Wednesday (July 24).

He stated it while speaking at the main conference hall of BTRC head office at the city's Agargaon in the afternoon.
The state minister said, "Broadband connectivity will be expanded from tonight (Wednesday night). Broadband internet services will be resumed at home from tonight on experimental basis across the country. We will monitor it till Thursday."

He further said mobile internet services would be resumed from Sunday or Monday next across the country.
