A large number of students blocked the Science Lab intersection in the capital after Jumma prayers on Friday demanding justice for the killings during the recent Quota Reform Movement.

Students from Dhaka College, Eden Mohila College, Dhanmondi Ideal College, Dhaka City College, and other educational institutions from New Market and Dhanmondi areas took part in the demonstrations.

Police were present at the scene with armoured personnel carriers, while BGB personnel were also deployed.

The protesting students marched through the Elephant Road chanting different slogans.
