Sometimes, it's easier to keep quiet than to tell everyone how not okay I am. 

Some might care, but I think they won't fully get how I feel. 

I'm tired of hearing positive words that don't really make me feel better. 

I just want someone to understand the heaviness I'm carrying and talk to me like they really get it. 

I'd rather hear about the tough parts of life so I can figure out how to cope.
