Patients, beggars get financial assistance in Bogura

BOGURA, Aug 4: Financial assistance was provided to the patients of cancer, kidney, liver cirrhosis, paralysis, heart, and thalassemia diseases in the district on Sunday. 

Tk 23 lakh in cheque were given to 46 patients at that time. 

Besides, Tk 24.5 lakh and shops with goods were also distributed among the beggars. 

Bogura Municipality Social Services Office organized the distribution programme at noon.
