Woman killed in Narail road accident

A young woman was killed when a bus hit her bike on the Narail-Jashore highway in Narail Sadar upazila on Thursday night.

The deceased was identified as Ayesha Sultana, 23, hailed from Bagherpara upazila of Jashore district.
Citing locals, Narail Sadar Police Station officer-in-charge Mohammad Saiful Islam said the accident occurred around 8pm when Ayesha was heading towards Chanchra area of Tularampur union in Narail, riding on a motorbike. 

On the way, she died on the spot when a passenger bus hit her and fell on the road, he said.

Being informed, police recovered the body from the spot and handed over to her family members upon their request, added the OC.
