Classes at primary schools to resume Wednesday

The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education has decided to resume classes in all primary schools across the country in full swing from Wednesday (August 14).

Mahbubur Rahman, public relations officer of Primary and Mass Education, confirmed this to media on Tuesday.

A notification signed by senior assistant secretary of the ministry said , 'The effectiveness of the office order issued by the ministry of Primary and Mass Education on August 3 has been revoked. The order issued in public interest will come into effect immediately.
All government primary schools under the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, child welfare primary schools run by the Shishu Kalyan Trust and learning centers of the Non-formal Education Bureau have been instructed to take necessary measures to start full-time activities as per the regular schedule, the release added.
