Indian Border Security Force (BSF) returned the body of a Bangladeshi youth on Wednesday night through Shibganj border in Chapainawabganj District.

The deceased was identified as Abdullah, 35, son of Nazrul Islam, a resident of Nishipara Village under Panka Union in Shibganj Upazila of the district.
It was known that Abdullah was shot dead by the BSF on Sunday night last near the Wahedpur border in Shibganj Upazila as he went to India for taking cattle.

After an autopsy, Indian police handed over the body to the Shibganj Police Station (PS) through a flag meeting at Zohorpur Tek border on Wednesday night. Officer-in-Charge of Shibganj PS Md Sajjad Hossain confirmed the matter.
