Meeting on education quality held in Pirojpur

PIROJPUR, Sept 8:  A view-exchange meeting on 'ensuring education quality' was held in the district on Thursday morning.

The meeting was organized in the Government High School auditorium in the district town by the school.

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Muhammad Jahedur Rahman attended the meeting as the chief guest. 

Head Teacher of the school Md Babar Talukder presided over it.   

The speakers said, "To ensure quality education and good educational environment in all educational institutions in the district, we all are working together. All of the students should go back to their classes."

"Students of any academic institution should not spend time in any other way," they added.   

They further said, the movement against the autocratic Hasina's government by students along with masses has achieved the victory; so students should be more attentive at their classes.   

Additional DC (education and ICT) Md Selim Hosain attended the meeting as special guest.

District Education Officer Md Idris Ali Azizi and Anti-Discrimination Student Movement Coordinator Md Musabbir Mahmud Sunny spoke, among others.    

The DC said, the district administration is continuously meeting students at their academic institutions to advise them about their studies.
 
"We already held view-exchange meetings in Aftabuddin College, Town School, Mahila College, and Madrashas in the town," the DC maintained.
