TCB to start selling commodities at subsidised prices to 1cr families from today

The state-run Trading Corporation of Bangladesh (TCB) will start selling essential commodities at subsidised prices across the country from Sunday (today) for the month of September.

According to a press release of the TCB issued on Saturday, rice at subsidised prices alongside lentil and edible oil will be sold among some one crore family card holders by the TCB dealers from their shops or permanent structures in cooperation with the concerned city corporations, district and upazila administrations in certain date and time.
