Boy dies of snake bite in Ctg

A school boy died after being bitten by a venomous snake in Chattogram's Mirsharai upazila on Tuesday evening.

The dead was Simanto Nath, son of Kanti Nath, a resident of Dewanpur village under Jorarganj union of the upazila. He was a seventh grader at Jorarganj Adarsha High School.
It was known that a venomous snake bit his leg in the afternoon in front of his house. Family members took him to a local snake charmer. Later, he was taken to the upazila health complex where doctors referred him to Chattogram Medical College Hospital as there was no antivenom. 

After taking him to the hospital, doctors declared him brought dead in the evening.
