After going to grandfather's house Champa and Chapal have had a fruitful time. They have learned to swim from their youngest uncle.  From grandmother, they have also brought a white duckling. Uncle said Champa, Chapal, I have taught you how to swim, and you will be first in the swimming competition.

Champa and Chapal are siblings. They don't quarrel like others. They are very similar.

Champa learned to swim and was more than happy to get the duckling.

The mother said the duckling had to be released into the water every day or they would not survive.

Champa, Chapal leave the duckling in the pond near their home every afternoon and sit on the bank of the pond.

They feed the duckling with their own hands.

But they don't know why the duckling is sad all day.

One day they released the duckling in the pond and sat on the bank of the pond.

You see Chapal brother our duckling is sitting in one place. It is not moving around the pond, said Champa.

How to move around? Does the pond have that environment?

Who speaks? Champa, Chapal say together. But there is no one around. They get scared.

This is me in the pond.

They both look at the pond watching a big fish talking with its mouth up.

Are you talking? Chapal asks in surprise.

Yes I am. I want to say something.

Say what you want to say, Champa asks.

You don't bring your duckling here. The water here is much polluted. He will die.

Champa Chapal surprised. How do you know?

You don't see all the people in the neighbourhood polluting the water by throwing garbage.

We fish are also mortal.

That's it! Champa Chapal looked at the pond and saw innumerable dirt in the pond. And the smell of water is bad.
Thank you. We will tell father today.

What is your name? Champa asks looking at the fish.

There is no name. Everyone calls me Grandpa since I am very old.

Grandpa you have done a lot of good.

Walking back home, Champa told their father. Their father cleaned the water of the pond with people the next day.

After a few days, Champa, Chapal are sitting on the bank of the pond and their duckling is swimming in the pond. Now he is not sad. What joy in his mind today! What a joy...
