BRAC Bank has hosted a talent hunt campaign among its people to form a strong Cricket Team.

The talent hunt event, which took place at the indoor facility of the Dhanmondi Cricket Academy in Dhaka, drew 42 enthusiastic co-workers from various regions of Bangladesh, including Chattogram, Narayanganj, Rangpur, Jashore, and other districts, despite challenging weather conditions on the day, says a press release.

The bank hired former national cricketer Anwar Hossain Monir as the talent scout for the event. Monir meticulously evaluated the players' skills and performances, offering valuable insights to aid in selecting new BRAC Bank Cricket Team members.

Selim R. F. Hussain, Managing Director & CEO of BRAC Bank, underscored the initiative's significance: "At BRAC Bank, we are committed to fostering our people's growth, both professionally and personally.

This talent hunt is a testament to our dedication to nurturing the passion and potential of our people. We eagerly anticipate the success of our cricket team in the corporate cricket arena."

The bank is dedicated to promoting sports and instilling team spirit among its co-workers, with the cricket team playing a pivotal role in this endeavour.

With fresh talent identified through this talent hunt, BRAC Bank is poised to field a strong unit on the pitch and is determined to stamp its mark in corporate cricket tournaments.

Embracing a culture of excellence in banking and extracurricular activities like sports is deeply ingrained in BRAC Bank's values.

This commitment fosters camaraderie, teamwork, and a healthy work-life balance among its people, motivating them to strive for excellence in all their pursuits.
