CU to resume classes from Oct 6

The classes at Chittagong University (CU) are set to resume on October 6.

Prof Dr Mohammad Shamim Uddin Khan, vice-chancellor (Academic) and a member of the syndicate, said that CU authorities took the decision at a syndicate meeting on Thursday afternoon.

He said students could apply for dormitory seats from September 29 to October 2 for four days and seats will be allocated on October 3. The application process will be completely online.

It is to be mentioned here that Chittagong University was declared closed on July 17 following the student movement.
