Bangladesh finishes the tournament with a win

 
Bangladesh finished the AFC U-20 Asian Cup 2025 Qualifiers, Vietnam chapter on a winning note after beating Bhutan 2-1 on Sunday in Vietnam Asadul Molla and Moin scored in the 4th and 85th minute, in that order, for the winners. The opponent reduced the margin by one goal in the 71st minute.  

For both the neighbours, the Sunday match was a courtesy match as they both were already eliminated from the round losing vital matches. 
Earlier, Bangladesh began the tournament losing the first encounter with powerful Syria 0-4. The boys suffered a 2-2 stalemate to a low-ranked rival from Guam in its second match and continued the path by losing the third match to host Vietnam 1-4. On the other hand, Bhutan, which also got the same one point as Bangladesh, began the tournament with a 1-1 tie with Guam. The Bhutan boys lost the second match to Vietnam 0-5. Syria defeated Bhutan 1-0 in the third match.
